Power lines with guaranteed and certified quality

Aware of the degree of importance of “quality” also in the field of transport systems and the distribution of electrical energy, REBAIOLI S.p.A. has embraced the need to develop a documented Quality System within the company (as required by the regulation UNI-EN ISO 8402) in full compliance with the standards of the series UNI-EN ISO 9001:2015

The company REBAIOLI S.p.A. has also obtained the conformity certificateaccording to the regulation ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, UNI CEI EN ISO 50001:2011, SA8000: 2014  and from December 2018 ISO/IEC 27001:2013, in relation to the supply of construction work, the installation and operative maintenance of transport and the distribution of electrical energy for high, medium and low voltage. Certification also includes the supply and laying of aerial and subterranean fibre optic cables and relative accessories for telecommunications and the supply and laying of antennae-holder towers.

Compliance with this regulation requires efficient management, on-going checks, attention paid to the environment: worksites are readied according to eco-compatible criteria, the management and treatment of waste must comply with stringent International regulations.

Rebaioli is qualified to set up power lines 132 – 220 – 380 kV; to do work on power lines at 380 kV working power; work MT/BT systems; supply and set up antennae-holder towers; laying of AT cables and the mechanized laying of MT cables. It can also undertake work on hydraulic systems and work n the subsoil.

The workers that implement the fire-prevention measures have attended appropriate training courses on the ways in which a fire develops and fire-fighting measures, on fire-prevention equipment, first- response behaviour and methods. The operative staff has attended specialised training courses on safety and after relative examination it has obtained the certificate of suitability for working on power lines and working as stretchers, securers, line wader. The training courses were held by Sfera S.p.A., a company belonging to the Enel Group with a certified Quality System in Sector 37 (Instruction) and certification for the course relative to the professional profile requested, in compliance with the Regulation UNI CEI EN 45011. The workers that work in the emergency management field have attended a first aid and CPR course with relative practical tests.
