Når brukeren besøker NETTSIDEN er han helt anonym.

Under den normale virksomheten vil databehandlingssystemene og prosedyrene for programvaren som administrerer nettstedet samle inn noen persondata som kreves når Internett kommunikasjonsprotokollene er i bruk.

Det gjelder informasjon som ikke blir samlet inn for deretter å bli koblet sammen med identifiserte personer (med lignende interesser), men informasjoner allikevel kan bearbeides og kobles sammen med data i tredjepersoners besittelse. Dette kan medføre at brukeren kan identifiseres. Disse dataene omfatter: IP-adresser og domener i datamaskinen som brukeren av nettsiden benytter, URI-adresser (Uniform Resource Identifier) for etterspurte ressurser, tidspunktet for forespørselen, hvilken metode som er brukt for å sende forespørselen til serveren, svarfilens størrelse, den numeriske koden som viser svartilstanden til filen fra serveren (utført, feil osv.), øvrige parametre som angår operativsystemet, samt brukerens informatikkmiljø.

Disse opplysningene benyttes kun for å innhente anonyme informasjoner om bruken av NETTSTEDET for statistiske formål, samt for å kontrollere at nettstedet fungerer korrekt. Alle opplysningene blir slettet etter endt bearbeidelse.

Til overføringen av personlige opplysninger benyttes ikke informasjonskapsler og heller ikke såkalte ”faste informasjonskapsler”, dvs. systemer for sporing av brukerne.

Valgfrie, eksplisitte og frivillige e-postforsendelser til adresser som oppgis på dette NETTSTEDET medfører at avsenderens adresse, og eventuelt andre opplysninger som oppgis i e-posten, blir registrert. Dette er nødvendig for å kunne svare på forespørslene.
